ISOCAB panels have undergone rigorous testing with regard to fire saftey and can be supplied with polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam insulation to comply with particular insurance criteria.

Installations using this product are covered by a Certificate issued by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB).

A considerable range of doors are available in both hinged and sliding versions to suit any application. Automatic operation is available for sliding doors, rapid action roller doors can be utilised to minimise ambient air intrusion on large openings.

Industrial panels are manufactured on a continuous production line and can therefore be supplied to any length. The usual maximum length is defined by transport limitations at around 16.0 Mtrs.

As well as the standard white polyester finish panels can be supplied with various colour options particulaly for external use where the cold store is required to blend in with surrounding commercial or industrial buildings.

ISOCAB Industrial panels will give the greatest degree of flexibility. They are suitable for both internal and external applications and for practical purposes there is no limitation on size.

Structurally,it is possible to build internal coldstores with up to a 9.0 Mtr span without additional support, Allthougth installation is both easier and less exspensive if support can be borrowed from a portal frame structure.

The panels are available in various thicknesses from 40mm to 200mm.
Trapezoidal roof panels are available for external weather proof construction.
