THE MINIBOX MH RANGE
LINKS
for commercial refrigeration and air conditioning
for the supply of catering and food display equipment
The Minibox range offers a compact, hygienic and affordable solution for food storage particulaly where space is at a premium. The overall external height is 2.1m (approx: 6`11") and the internal height is 1.94m (approx: 6`4").

There are 31 size options ranging from 900mm square up to 3.0m x 2,4m.
(approx: 3` square to 10` x 8`).

All options come with a standard full height hinged door with a clear opening of
700mm wide x 1940mm high
(approx: 2`4" x 6`4").

The construction of the Minibox is achieved by using 80mm thick, polyurethene, modular cam lock panels in four width options, 300-600-900 and 1200mm. This gives great flexibility in positioning the door which can be left or right hand opening.
The doors are fitted with a lock and internal safety release button as standard and freezer doors include a heated door frame to prevent damage to the seal caused by ice build up.

All rooms include an integral 80mm thick insulated floor. Standard finish is a grey PVC coating over galvanised steelplate. Other options available are stainless steel or polyester non-slip finish.

The exploded diagram on the right shows the combination of available options.
Shelving can be provided to suit any size of room and for numerous applications.
There are a variety of different styles including, bright wire, nylon coated wire, solid
stainless steel as well as solid and slatted alumium.

Stainless steel meat rails can also be provided for hanging game or carcases etc.
( Within weight limitations )

Further details can be provided for shelving or rail systems on request.

For cooling equipment there are two options to consider. Firstly there is the Monoblock type unit which is self contained and is installed during the construction of the room.
This is the most cost effective way to provide cooling but is not suitable for use in confined spaces or where ambient temperatures are likely to be high.
The second option is to have a remote cooling system installed. This is a more efficient method to provide cooling and has the benefit of removing the heat and noise produced
to an outside location.

A site survey would normally be required for this option to decide on the best position to site the condensing unit and also for routing inter-connecting services.

The diagram to the right shows a typical integral monoblock unit.
