The ISO range is a step up from the Minibox and provides greater flexibility of use by offering a wide variety of options.

Room sizes can be up to 6.0m in width and 4.0m in height with no limitation on length.
Panels are available in a various thicknesses up to 140mm and are suitable for temperatures down to minus 30 degrees or lower.

Panels are constructed using polyurethane foam with each face finished in white polyester food safe lacquer over 0.63mm galvanised steel plate. The panels are locked together using foamed in situ double

nylon cam locks at a maximum of 600mm centres. The panel edges have a double tongue and groove profile with an integral seal and once locked together form a tight

hermetic seal.

There are several door options available including single and double leaf hinged, Sliding, and swing doors for two way opening.

Double glazed windows can be incorporated in the walls as well as port hole windows in doors.

Additional options are also available including electrically operated sliding doors and meat rail access ports.

ISO rooms can be constructed with or without an insulated floor although freezer rooms will require either a modular floor or a recessed floor in to a concrete base.

The unique design of ISOCAB rooms allows for speedy site assembly and also offers the oportunity of extending the room at a later date without major disruption to customer operations.
